Unilux 30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
The Unilux 30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee is designed for your peace of mind. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, call Unilux within 30 days from the date of purchase, provide a copy of the original proof of purchase and Unilux will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will not include any shipping costs associated with the product purchase.
Unilux 30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee terms and conditions:
The guarantee is valid on all Unilux products purchased in store or online provided the claim is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To make a claim under the guarantee, phone Unilux on 1300 363 640. Service hours are Mon-Fri 8am - 7pm and Sat-Sun 10am - 3pm AEST.
To apply for the guarantee, you will be required to provide a copy of the original proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
You may also be required to return the Unilux product to us at Unilux Accessories, C/- Electrolux Home Products, 76-80 Howards Rd, Beverley SA 5009 at your own cost.
You may be asked to tell Unilux why you are unsatisfied with the Unilux product, but this is not a condition of your refund. This helps us understand how we can improve our products.
If you comply with these terms, Unilux will refund to you in full the purchase price of the Unilux product purchased under the guarantee.
The refund will not include any shipping costs associated with the purchase of the product or the return of the product (if required).
The refund will be paid to an Australian debit or credit card in your name as nominated by you within 30 days of our receipt of your proof of purchase or the Unilux product (whichever is later). No cash refunds.
None of these terms and conditions will affect any other rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
The guarantee is limited to products purchased for personal use only.
